Project description
Successful establishment of commercial vineyards requires huge capital inputs. Together with the annual production costs, profitable production of grapes for juice, and distilled and rebate wine is nearly impossible, even in the traditional mass production regions of South Africa. To address this problem, a low establishment and production cost:income ratio must be realized, but with acceptable grape quality.
