Project description
This project aimed to compile and present information concerning the geological and related (aspect, landform, elevation) features of the wine-producing regions of South Africa. The purposes of this work were to complement ongoing work on terroir, to facilitate the process of terroir demarcation, and to provide information for marketing purposes.
